CANCELATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To qualify for an option to rebook you must cancel within the following time frames:

QV INCALL -8 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT

HALF HOUR INCALL -8 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT

HOUR INCAL -8 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT

OUTCALL-24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT

*I understand that unexpected situations may occur. If you cancel within the above time frames you have the option of rescheduling your appointment at the time you fill out the cancelation form. Your new appointment date must be no more than 7 days after the original appointment. If these terms and conditions are not met the deposit and/or the option to rebook is null and void.

**I may have to cancel due to unforeseen events as well. If I cancel within the time frame listed above in the Cancelation terms and conditions you have 2 options:

1) Request a refund (Refunds can take up to 30 days to receive)

2) Reschedule your booking within 14 days of the cancelation. If the appointment is not rescheduled within 14 days from the cancelation or you cannot make your scheduled appointment, the deposit is null and void. You will have 7 days to respond to my email/text regarding my cancellation in order to request a refund or to reschedule the session or the deposit and option to rebook is null and void.
